you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Site Ownership

This website is owned and operated by Dope Chief. All artworks, designs, images, and related content are the intellectual property of Dope Chief unless otherwise stated. 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase artwork from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so.

3. Art Sales & Pricing

All artwork listed on this site is original or limited edition unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice. Commissions taken from outside of CANADA will be prices in USD. Availability is not guaranteed until your purchase is confirmed. 

4. No Returns Once Shipped

All sales are final once your item has been shipped.
If you made a purchase and wish to cancel before it has shipped, contact us immediately at inquirychief@gmail.com.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for any artwork that has already left the studio unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping

We pack each order with care. Shipping times and methods are listed at checkout. You may receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your item is on the way.

6. Copyright & Usage

All artwork remains the copyright of Dope Chief. Purchasing art does not grant you reproduction or distribution rights. Please do not copy, scan, alter, or reuse any image without written permission.
